  The beachside setting is wonderful and the outdoor aroma is heavenly, so after seeing big crowds parked there we couldn't wait to try it, especially because we love to support local businesses. Sorry to say the food on our first visit was not so good. My husband's beef brisket was gristly and tough and in fact he couldn't even eat it. I shared my passable pulled pork. Really hope things improve because we'd like to come back.

  The bbq was pedestrian, at best. The ribs were dry, the brisket was very disappointing. When you advertise that a meal feeds x amount of people, you need to make sure there's enough of everything for x amount off people. Sides are meant for 1 person. The sauce tasted like stuff I've purchased at they store. If the meat was annoyed, I could only tell by scent, not flavor. On the flip side, the server was wonderful. Very attentive and personable. This meal is not worth the money paid.

  We've been a handful of times now.. Service is still a struggle. Everyone is friendly, just slow or not around enough. Had a table full of messy food and had to hunt down my own utensils/plates last time.
  That being said, we do enjoy the food, especially the hog wings and the Mac and cheese. Love the outdoor area with the tiki bar and fire pit, beautiful spot to watch the sunset!
